Colorism is a really BIG issues in kpop and Korea

I don't know for anyone but for me I do find it colorist that skin tone is included in KBS. Because it means if you fit everything except that you have darker skin tone that means you do not fit the KBS. I'm against this beauty standards, cuz for me everyone is beautiful in their own way, and all skin tones are beautiful. I'm just stating my opinion.

That’s the only time i’ve seen an idol apologize for colorist remarks. Although it was a compliment, it’s also problematic to say tan people are sexy. We need to stop putting people into boxes based on skin tone

It’s just so weird What was so funny about H being tanned? Why was it even worth bringing up? And it’s almost like lia was saying the only good quality about C was her skin tone And in between skin tone not being pretty? That doesn’t even make sense
