Actually, I’m pretty sure the US had a day of mourning for the USSR... sure, it was because they thought the world would end if there weren’t two constantly conflicting ideas, but it still happened.
@@hattiec. it was informal, so no official date. But from what I know there was some flag burying and burning done (remember, in US flag code, burning the flag is respectful signifying the end of its use.) my uncle who was alive during the time told me about it.
The symbolism in this video I can't- It's so amazing- I really love how America's capitalism started to spread into the Soviet union (haha Pepsi anyone) and China inheriting Soviet's place in the Cold War, I never thought I would enjoy something so reminiscent of analysing literature-
It kinda looks like America doesn't properly know how to express his feelings. Like he's sad for USSR dying but doesn't know how to feel vulnerable or hurt so instead he smiles and holds glasses on his face to hide what he's truly feeling and always appear strong and in control. TLDR: America can't express his feelings properly, the glasses keep him in control.
While I'm more of a rusame fan myself I cannot deny how good this was. You really have a good grasp on poses and anatomy.i love the way you drew the hands and the symbolism in so many of the scenes was very very good, good job!
@IslandSR, dude, I know A LOT about them. They made films together, exchanged cultural magazines, helped each other. Let's not forget about joint space flight and many other things. At least open Wikipedia or read some books.
i know this may be dramatic, but i am absolutely flabbergasted that this video is almost 2 years old now. it’s still just amazing as it was when it came out. and i just want to thank you so much for making this, it got me through very tough times in my life. (despite being about the USSR falling apart, etc) and this song has always meant so much to me as a person, so i cannot thank you enough for making this. i’ll make sure to come back for its 2nd anniversary soon. thank you, again.
Oh my god I can’t express how much I love this- you did such an amazing job!! I legit cried when Ussr wasn’t their omg- you made such an amazing masterpiece
I like to ship russia and america, but that would kinda make no sense because america is older than russia. But when I saw USSR x America, I liked that too, nice ships. I love the art style
That is amazing!!!!!!!!!
Dear author... I have watched this video several times. Inspirational. Very. Very... When I listen to the song, I remember your creation. I remember I was just crying when your animation pierced my psyche. Good luck, the animation is inspiring! Good luck and health!!! (I just now decided to write to you 👉🏻👈🏻💦 )
To be honest, I don't really like this ship, but the animation is beautiful! It's pretty good! (Sorry for the bad English, I'm from Mexico and I'm learning(?) )
English: I loved!! And I think it does not need an explanation for what it transmits, but I like to think, in the part where the USSR and the USA seem to have a kind of relationship, that the moment in which the USA, especially the USSR, begin to turn "purple" refers to As the Soviet tried to be more "flexible" (even allowing private companies to enter) Which disappointed the US, since what attracted him to him was the opposite of the two. The end left me intrigued. Will China replace the USSR? Most likely, yes. Although I consider the ship somewhat toxic, I would like to see your interpretation . I hope so (my English is not the best, I hope it is understood) Español: Me encantó!!
