Apparently Serene is the book everyone has and does not color! 😀 I would take it to a specialized copy center and make copies on special paper to avoid ruining the book!
Yasmin, you are correct and great advice. I work in a school so I am going to take it in and pay to make myself a back up copy as I have promised to do a colour along in it. 🤗💖

I don't think you need to feel shame for having some books that aren't colored in. I, on the other hand, took inventory of how many books I have (302 with 3 more on pre-order) and how many have been colored in, or rather HAVEN'T been colored in (176 or 58%). I think 143 of them were bought during Covid/2020. I'm telling myself no more coloring books (unless it's something really special, (but aren't they ALL really special?Lol)). Anyway, I really enjoyed seeing the books you picked. Looking forward to seeing what you color in the Wizard of Oz, Colouring Heaven, and the Magical City as I have those books also. Hi Lucy - I have the Surreal Fantasy book and have coloured three images and love it. I'd love to show you. Also got the Forest Girl and again that is beautiful. Have you seen the Premium Edition which is larger and hardcover on thicker paper. The most special book. Thank you for your video.

Your “supposed disasters” are beautiful and your recent tulip page from Rhapsody in the forest is amazing and spectacular! You would never put down or discourage your students, So don’t do it to yourself! You inspire more of us than you realize!! You are a great colorist and teacher! Love every single book you chose. I have most of JaneF Hankinsspiral bound books . She is my favorite artist. I have to check out pdf I have the circus one . I’ve been working in the most recent Forest Girl book (I have all three) and I love it! I’ve been using my Polys and Irojitens. They work well on the paper. I started on some of the smaller plant images and now I’m nearly done with a full page.

I love all of your choices, I also haven't coloured in all of my Kanoko Egusa books and in Sprookjesbos by Tomislav Tomic, I loved your pronounciation of it, I am Dutch it was really funny to hear you try to say it wright 😁! I would love to see you colour in any of them

I am so glad you managed to get a copy. It is an AMAZING book. I think there are many people who have this book but are scared to colour in it.......including me! I have Kelly's calendar to do next and the new Kerby book is here Thursday, but we will colour in this too. 🤣🤗💖

Thanks Lucy I have quite a few of these books - Serene is my all time favourite and bought it direct from Nick when he first started out - however it is untouched for same reasons don't want to mess it up. Sammie has done beautiful versions of this and also Dede so worth a watch (need to go back quite a bit) perhaps when you give it a go I will too and we can be scared together 😂😂😂
Hi Tappy, I have seen those videos. They both do an amazing job. I have promised I will do a colour along in Serene so I hope to do it this month. I know I will be a jittery mess though in case I fluff it up and I need the channels support to force me to do it. We will fight the fear together🤣🤗💖
