Beautiful looks but u should have named it ,” I’m going to rank on colorpops palet “”, compare to individual pallets that would cost so much more separately! Also show darker more colored pallets! This one is unique that the colors are monochromatic and we all have blks and browns! You created beautiful looks, I’ll bet there’s more u could do! 34 $ good price !

I think how user friendly it is depends on the person. For me I chose to get Colourpop's Fade into Hue pallet INSTEAD of getting the vault with all the nine pans. It's alot easier for me to open a single big pallet and see it all laid out in front of me to get inspired to create looks, than look through a bunch of small pallets. I don't think the colors in this are that light though, definitely not nearly as dark as James Charles pallet- but I'd say only two shades are truly pastel. For people wanting this for pastels, I highly recommend getting the Ice cream Dream pallet by Glamlite instead.
I LIVE for your thorough reviews. I too feel like they missed the mark in incorporating deeper shades. It looks like almost a pastel/bright palette. And idk how I didn't notice that it doesn't have a red and it's definitely a surprise how they completely skipped such an important colour. Thanks for putting so much effort into your reviews ❤️
Also sucks because of the amount of shades! I don’t love big palettes but if they created more depth (and for me got rid of the glitters) I would have immediately been sold. I think that even in a big palette you should make each shadow count

this was literally the best fade into hue review over all the reviews I watched!!!ur truly a colourpop queen this palette looks so aesthetic and I too were a little bit disappointed after not finding a true red in the palette..nonetheless the palette is really pretty and pastel!...i love pastels!!! thank you so much for the comparisons and the photo you edited...its so sweet of you to edit that :)))) love all the three looks but the 1st look took over my heart!! love u judy!!!!!!
Yes!!! I hate the lack of reds, I’ve been putting off buying the 9 pans because I wanted a one whole rainbow pallette,,, but this is really pastel and the vibrant shades aren’t here at all. Guess I’m gonna buy the 9 pans afterall 😩
I 100% agree with your critique and opinions of the palette. Red is my favorite color and almost every palette makes their reds more pink leaning. I want a true red, a deep red, and a warm red. I have majority of their 9 pan palettes, so it's okay 😊
I just ordered this (bc colourpop is having a sale) and after seeing your swatches, I’m so excited cuz the only two 9 pan monochromatic palettes of theirs I have is Baby Got Peach and I Lilac You A Lot; I’m cool with having allll the shades of purple, even if only slightly different, and I feel like I just got a lot of their 9 PM mono chromatic‘s by buying this one pallet and saving a lot of money doing so because those swatches were definitely duping each other. I love these looks! They’re so creative. This palette is not for me but it’s still very beautiful. I think I create similar looks with the colourpop palettes I already have.
my favorite was look 3 - i recreated it w the purple from jackie aina, the blue from the magic mini, and the green from through my eyes needed a few more palettes but i got there haha

oohhhh my goodness, i'm glad i'm not the only one who was disappointed by the absence of a true red! i would have been so into it if there was, this would have been the dream rainbow palette.
Don't need this palette because I own all their monochromatic 9 pan palettes but this has inspired me to pull them all out and recreate these gorgeous looks!! Your eyeshadow skills are always amazing 😍😍
That image edit if your perfect version is so cute and I agree with you 100%!! I also think if they made your edits they could take out the pressed glitters and put some of the replaced shadows there
I loved your third look! You made colorful somehow look wearable. I don’t think you would’ve been inspired to do it just like you did without this palette. I guess that’s the positive aspect of having all those colors in one palette. I’m not into colorful looks, but I think this might be a fun palette to own to add a bit of color when I want to change my look from so neutral to having just a touch of color. I really liked your comparisons. I am always most interested in the purple. I think the color way on the big palette is so much more different in tone than the two other purple palettes. Weird, though, because some of other columns were perfect dupes. I LIKE the coolness of the big palette purples, but not enough to buy the whole palette. Wish they would make one of those new 5-pan palette THIS column of purples. I’d buy it in a snap.
Wowwww each look was more stunning than the last 😍 The way you pick out amazing color schemes and transform them into the most beautiful eye makeup looks is so masterful! Sooo tempted to get a rainbow eyeshadow palette just because of you! :D

LOVED that second look with the warmer tones! I agree with your thoughts on this palette which is why I passed on it. It's something I personally wouldn't reach for often anyway
All three looks are very nice, the last one is my favorite though, with the sunset look a close second. You are very skilled with the eyeshadow brushes for sure. I also really enjoy your calm vibe as well. :)

omg those comparisons are insane. I love ColourPop .. but they are pulling a MAC hardcore by coming out with such similar stuff over and over again. I have fade into hue and I've eyed some of those 9 palettes you compared .. and now I know I don't need those. Thanks for doing this!

This palette I feel I would personally depot the shadows and put the ones that I like the most with other single eye shadows into a palette...like you said..maybe add a black or brown into the z palette.

I took a look at the palette ingredient list, and like... 13 of the 30 shades have the "not intended for use around eye area" warning on them...that's a third, bordering half of the shades. I don't understand what Colourpop is doing given this is an eyeshadow palette lol...

I loveeeee the first look! It's so pretty. I def won't be picking up this palette since I have dupes and this def isn't my dream rainbow palette, especially with the pressed glitters. I'm tired of brands putting pressed glitters in eye palettes when they're not eye safe and migrate. Stick to releasing them as singles and straight up pressed glitter palettes. That said, I do think the palette itself is pretty, but they def could've thrown some deeper shades in.
I know right, not only the pressed glitters, after ordering this palette I read on the box that 12...12!!!!!!! of the shades are "not intended for use in the immediate eye area" What? Where to put them then?:(
Right?! Like I know people like pressed glitter but that's why you release them outside of the palettes! In the palettes, they migrate to the other shades if you don't depot them right away and they're not eye safe so it's a disaster. OH MY GOD RIGHT. If you're someone allergic to the pigments used in the pressed pigment shades, all those shades not intended for use around the eye area fly out the window. Where are you supposed to put them?! Because you can't put them on your eye. It's not like we're going to be putting a super dark red etc on our arms to wear lmao.
