Emerald city is definitely blue with a hint of green. Purple and yellow make brown.

I also ordered this stuff the night it launched and I only got to play with the palette once. I want to do a similar look, but use a different super shock shadow since I didnt get any from her collection. (I only ordered the palette, one of the glosses, a Highlighter that I'm not sure is a part of her collection and the green eyeliner she came out with.) I love colourpop and you can never go wrong with palettes!
