This is the Colt Anniversary Edition model that is being auctioned on GunBroker. The bid was up to $88,000 last time I looked. You'll hear a bit of the conversations with one of the Colt execs describing the amount of engraving involved. Some like this received as much as 300 hours of engraving!
This video was taken at SHOT Show on day one (Tuesday)

i would never want to shoot that, maybe not even handle it without gloves, if you could manage to keep it in mint condition until the 150th aniversary of the M1911, i could be worth thousand especially if you could sell in with a pre-first world war M1911.
