I'm from Bangladesh 🇧🇩 and I don't understand hindi. But I can understand your every vedio fully. You're the best teacher I have ever seen to make a concept clear. Thank you very much. ❤❤🇧🇩🇧🇩❤❤
Lots of love from from Pakistan ..ap. kam time ma zeada sy zeada cover krti hen ap ....ap jaisa chrmatography or spectroscopy ka teacher nhe dekhaa youtbe py....Allah apko hamsha khush rakhy or bht kamyab kry ..ameen
Nice explanation without consuming much time. And the video describes almost everything. But i suggest to please add instruments used too in the end of the video.. Name of the instruments are also frequently asked in viva. Although i love your way of explaining things this easily.
Thanks u mam..u help at last moment.. tomorrow is my exam..n i was totally blank on chromatography..ur way of teaching is excellent...no need to read book now...Ty.
Ayeee ayeee madam apki speed boht teez raftar , but wow 🤩 boht zabardasht lecture han main ny presentation and exam kly apki video sy preparation kia thank you ma’am Healthy raho aur ase lecture upload karti raho 👌♥️
Baayo is my favorite channel. your explanation is excellent. i started youtube channel by inspiration of your channel. bless me i did video on column chromatography
1 question mam... In gradient elution when we use 2nd solvent from less polar to more polar ... Then it may form bond with polar silica gel... Then how components separate ?
Gradient elution m jb solvent ki amount zada hgi tb bond break hga.. Qk column ki v capacity jb us capacity s zda load hga solvent tw fr ni6y sy bhr ana shuru hga.. Stationary phase andr tw column m rhy ga or solvent bhr ayga
Concentration of polar sovent reduces with process while operator keep on adding organic solvent so that when process approach to end resultaany sovent becomes non polar and easily dissolve non-polar entities adsorbed on column adsorbent!👍👍
Thanks Sandeep 😊, hope I was to explain well and add to your understanding. If you liked this video do press the like button and share with your colleagues
I m in MSc Biotechnology ....Mam you are great ... I have done this topic only 15 mins for my tomorrow's exammm 🥳🥳...it's very easy to learn with full understanding explanation....keep teaching mam...and Thanks a lot
I'm a student of bsc biotechnology (final year) can you guide me ? I want to do msc in biotechnology too but i don't clearly know how I should get jobs after it as i don't think my parents would let me do a PhD 😅
@ans piya kyuki bhosdike agr comment pdha hoo toh mai bhi biotechnology ka hi ho toh biotechnology hii dekhunga... Kbhi kbhi dimag se kaam lee lete haa zada oversmart nii bnte... Agr nii aa ra hoga kcuh smjh tbhi logi ki videos me comment kr kr puch ra na... Pr ni bc tumko toh cool bnane ki koshish krnii haa... Nihayti chutiya aur anpad lg re ho mt koshish kroo
In the column chromatography, If stationary phase is silica gel, the mobile phase is the mixture (ratio of petroleum ether: ethyl acetate is 9:1 ). The sample include compound A and compound B. IF the polarity of A is great than the polarity of A. Which compound will be eluted first. Please explain the reason.
If I used wet packing of silica gel to column (slurry), here, can I use any solvent for silica gel until reached slurried, or must use only hexane. thank you
