the best thing i find about com truise is that his brilliance is spread over loads of his tracks. Even into his remixes. Loads of his tracks are mindblowing.
Wow. Starting at 1:28 and around 1:50 is the about the funkiest fuckin astral breakdown I've ever heard. I wish someone would make a whole remix with that section occurring more. Love the whole song, especially the ending also.
I've... seen things... you people wouldn't believe. Attack ships on fire off the shoulder of Orion; I watched c-beams glitter in the dark near the Tannhäuser Gate... All those... moments... will be lost, in time, like [chokes up] tears... in... rain. Time... to die.
choibolsan It's more of a World of Tomorrowland feel....if you've ever been to Disney and in that part of the park, you'd know what I mean. Regardless, it's a nice song
It's like listening the cool parts of Yes songs from the mid-1970s without having to wait through the 12 minute build-up; and without the vocals; but also without much in the way of real instruments. Saw him open for Thievery this w/e. Liked the whole thing.
Great song! I like that little skip that happens around the 2:21 mark. This track so dope and energetic! Definitely caught my ear first time hearing it.
@@egyptian420 you know for yeaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaars since this came out, I've been wondering about that. 'til this day I haven't found it although i'd say some ambient electronic music would do.
@@spaghe7 dude, listen to Aphilas - Remain Solid, the entire song is amazing if you're into trip hop but from 3:45 onward you will be pleasantly amazed
One of my favorite Com Truise tracks. It hardcore reminds me of the movie Prospect. Probably because I discovered both the track and movie in the same week and was obsessed with both, along with 'Memory'.... And the ending part is also amazing. 🌌💚
This track makes me want to jump, punch, move, whatever! Kicks ass more than any heavy metal song, I can't believe how incredible this sounds!!! I can't believe I just recently discovered Com Truise!
This song makes me feel like I've been dropped in a 1985 Commodore 64 video game and im flying on a huge flying Unicorn/Dragon that speaks in chinese and spits out Delorians instead of fire ^^
Wow, 10 years traversed instantly fold-style. Fantastic work from one of my all-time favorite artists. Also, since others have posted specific timestamps, my favorite starts around 2:57 ...it reminds me of Logan's Run from long long ago, not totally sure why, but the virulence of the memory still amazes me despite the considerable passage of time.
Com Truise is cool. Some of his cover arts make me think of an old logo that BBC would have, and most of his songs make me think of theme music from an '80s or '90s sci-fi movie theme.
+jelaninoel YES DUDE! FUCKING YES! Me and one of my best friends get high af and find this dopeass spot and listen to this shit man its always a trip man!
Your Pal, Kiba interestingly, my synesthetic experience is very different. If anything, shapes are not very vectory, but smooth and pointilly instead. It’s wonderful. One of the best songs of all time.
They say the same about Tycho. I listened to Boards of Canada's first album and I don't find the resemblance. To what work of Boards of Canada is this similar?
oh, I feel my golden hairs flowing with the breeze, my brobot gets closer, not knowing his intentions I touch his metal parts, somes sounds came out, bleeps and glitches, perhaps he wanted to tell me his circuits are overloading. I just told him, relax, its Com Truise Bro.
com truise is the best thing iv found since the drive soundtrack. mitch murder, miami nights 1984, lazerhawk, flashworx and power glove are all a close second.
Sitting at the table at the Cafe '80s, in the "Back to the Future II" version of 2015 admiring the tacky Memphis-Milano-themed decor package throughout the cafe and looking at all the 1980s memorabilia mounted on the walls, and then playing Donkey Kong until the Madonna robot video waiter arrives with the Pepsi Perfect I ordered. I could say, Madonna delivered my Pepsi "like a prayer." I payed with my thumbprint (by pressing it to a plate) for the soda, which costed me $3.00.
Be high af, find a good place to park by a beach or something, tell everyone to stfu and enjoy the song and I promise that ending will have you all like "Whoaaaaaaaa dude..."
