Instant transmission and Change: missile are good traversal skills. Angry shout is useful against possessed civilians and Smokescreen is good to get away from raiders.

Since Goku SSJ 3 lets you do a kamehameha at level 1 for Ki blasts, you could run a combination three levels of transpheres firing Kamehamehas. I don't know any other combination of transpheres that let you run the better same Ki blasts at all three levels.

If survivors can’t get supplies when raider is lvl 2 on STM the other Shenron wish should be reworked. Maybe instead of giving everyone one dragon change level, it refills everyone’s change one time.
