ccsra5 - Absolutely Kirby is great. At the end of the war all of them ought to have all their body parts falling off from the number of times each ones been wounded. Nothing would be left working. Hands, arms, shoulders, feet, legs, head, etc. How many times do one have to be wounded to be sent back home anyway. I guess as long as your alive you keep fighting the war.
We were fighting the war, it just happened to be fought in Europe, and in particular, France. At this time, Paris had been liberated. Hitler declared war on the US on December 10, 1941. The US was fighting our war.
@@halbarbour7340 .. Whether our war or not, Germany invaded France, so it was in fact her war. Our military, to protect our interests in the region, simply replaced her defeated military.
I think it would have been better to put the old woman in the back of the truck,, caje drive Sanders give cover fire old lady in back would have never seen the turn off.
Why did they get out of the truck during the artillery barrage? Since the truck itself wasn't being targeted, they weren't one bit safer outside than inside the truck. If anything, they were safer inside. A truck might at least provide some protection from random shrapnel.
@@timedefinite3670 Yes this is sometimes a bit weared in COMBAT ! that the French nd German Kids ( compare the eoisode A CHILD´S GAME ) speak a much better English as it was in reality.
