I am struggling with this right now. I was released yesterday from the hospital, but it is still looming in my mind. Jesus is near me. Thank you for addressing this ❤️.
You will be in our prayers 🙏 I know you have already heard this but I pray that you know it's true Jesus loves you and because he loves you I do also ❤
I listen to sermons constantly on my downtime in order to keep my eyes focused on God and His work. Pastor Jack is my favorite of all. He is truly amazing !
I just had a good friend (newly married and new father) commit suicide a few days ago. I think it’s no coincidence that Jesus led me to this on RU-vid. Thank you Lord for hearing my prayers. 🙏😭💖
My heart sincerely goes out to you and the family that is experiencing this. It's devastating. You're at the right church. You can call during the week to talk or pray with an amazing pastor or a fabulous deacon. I called for something else and it was amazing how the Holy Spirit guided him in praying for me. This is the best Church I've been in (I have to watch online due to cancer and chemo now) , I was referred here by a person in Texas. I've been blessed and learning greatly since. I pray you feel hugged all day today. Please allow yourself to grieve and your friends should to. It's important not to stuff it down.
So sorry for your loss. I hope you pass info on about survivors support groups for families and loved ones left with questions or just the sudden void of this kind of grief. Sharing the experience with those who are going through it also can help.
10 yrs ago, I had a nervous breakdown, with an overdose. 25 yrs of taking care of family and 12 children, 3 of those children were my own. In the hospital for 3 months, no visitors. A week before I went home, God told me He wasn't done with me yet. I was pacing around my room with no sleep. I'm here today, 2 yrs ago, I moved 1300 miles away, from people who didn't care. I'm in Alabama now.
Putting you in my daily prayers for the Holy Spirit to Guide and Comfort you through your journey and may the Lord be with you to help you have the Strength to face any challenges, God Bless you Dear
Think about this for a second. Jesus knew. He goes into that room with His disciples. He knows He is going to be betrayed. He knows it is Judas who will turn against him. He knows that He has been sold out for a handful of silver. Stabbed in the back by one He has poured His life into. Yet, in that room, hours before the death of Jesus, Judas ate too. Jesus fed Judas too. Jesus prayed for Judas too. Jesus washed Judas’ feet too. I struggle to fathom that kind of love. A love that would feed the mouth that deceived you. A love that would wash the treasonous feet of the traitor. A love that could forgive even the vilest of betrayals. It's hard to imagine offering that kind of forgiveness and mercy to someone. Jesus chose to love Judas. If you think about it for a moment. In one way or another we are all Judas. We have all sinned against God. We have all done things we may feel are unworthy of forgiveness. But unlike the heart of us earthly people, God will always offer his forgiveness. It's an incredible feeling knowing now, that Judas ate too. In our attempt to be Christ like, may we all learn to forgive the Judas in our own life
We all need to address another reason people want to be dead,,, unaffordable housing, leading to living in the street or sleeping in a car. A senior on a fixed income not able to find affordable housing.
...great message! Parents, do whatever you must do to get your kids out of public school. Home school, private school, move to a state that gives you choices - but get your children out of gov't schools now.
Had a fellow brother in Christ ask me the question, "if a Christian committed suicide, would he/she still go to heaven? I could not fully answer the question, told him that the Lord is the final judge. I hope that Pastor Jack will bring this question up and give the best biblical answer. God bless you all.
I have a friend that her son killed himself and she asked me that same question I told her I believe that God looks at our hearts and her son was not in his right mind when he did that. I hope that helps 🙏
Ephesians 2:4-2:5 4 But God, who is rich in MERCY, for his great love wherewith he loved us, 5 Even when we were dead in sins, hath quickened us together with Christ, (by Grace ye are saved;)
My beloved father took his life 5 years ago, and it has absolutely shattered us left behind. That being said- Dad loved the Lord and lived a life that absolutrly radiated Jesus. The last few months of his life, he was having very odd personality shifts, forgetting everything, bleeding for no reason...all classic signs of brain cancer, and he dealt with cancer in the past. Will we ever know for sure if Dad had brain cancer? Sadly, no- but something medical was clearly going on to create SUCH a dramatic shift in someone who was so even keel and sharp just 6 mos prior. A week after he died, his cancer numbers he had to have checked several times a year came back elevated. I wholeheartedly believe God sees things we don't, and He alone is the judge of the heart. Our God is a God of mercy, and I believe God takes everything into account.
@@JNICH4764 so sorry for you and your family's loss 💔 I believe with every breath that people like your dad that belongs to Jesus are in heaven with him and if you belong to Jesus you will see him again 🙏
A "pastor" that was not a Physician said from the pulpit "If you are Born-again, you need not take Anti-depressants." I walked out and never darkened the door where I raised my kids again. My brother is a Physician that was first a Pastor and Missionary. He is a Dallas Grad.
Thank you Pastor Jack for touching on the relevant issues that are happening in our lives. You are so real and thank you for your ministry that encourages us to hang in there while waiting for His return 🙏🙌.God bless you for this topic.
I have been struggling emotionally (not suicidal, but not very hopeful - plagued with worry) and you have given me hope through our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ. Thank you. If anyone reads this, please say a prayer for me. Thank you and may Giod bless your day!
What’s not covered here are the ‘negative voices within’… I think there’s so much more to it. This (depression) is not only caused by what OTHERS say to them, but also social media, unrealistic advertising pushed on kids, feeling they can’t be good enough… feeling like a burden on others… there’s so much more, Pastor Jack. Please address these items… my young daughter is struggling so much with this right now and no one is telling her negative things… Satan is attacking our family (like so many others).😢
my dad commited suicide when i was eleven years old.He was loved by our community and was a surgeon who loved his patients and i believed his family. i am eighty one years old and i think about this everyday. I always ask GOD to wrap his arms around him and love him.GOD bless you.
I have struggled with this for years. I have lived in chronic pain from almost 35 years of my 59 years on this earth. I have never questioned God and his love until recently. Thank you Pastor Jack for addressing real issues that are happening to real people. I have a question and asked God why I was even created. I truly believe that God made a mistake when he created me. I was born with health issues, and I really should have been a miscarriage.
Carlyne you are now on my prayer list as I know the desperation of suffering with chronic pain. I suffered for 10 plus years with trigeminal neuralgia until I finally had surgery which brought relief from the pain but I can still remember the terrible hopelessness. God be with you.
Thank you pastor Hibbs! I live in Nicaragua far away from California, but your teaching is very uplifting, I can just thank you and thank Jesus for helping me to find you. God bless you!
My son committed suicide in November 2022. He was going through depression and was subjected blackmold that was in his apartment for 2 years and he didnt know it. The Lord is helping me as I go through this time of grieving.
Love your podcasts, Pastor Jack. You are such a great thinker and talker. You are honest and down to earth, and it's like talking to a best friend, not a fake person or someone wanting to entertain me. You have a gift for this. Love listening to you. Please keep up the great work for God!
Why RU-vid is warning about this beautiful Message that would help for many people .. and is not warning signs for so much trash about lies that confused people …. 🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻HEAVENLY FATHER HELP US TO HAVE THE COURAGE TO SHARE TRUTH IN THE NAME OF JESUS CHRIST OUR SAVIOR I PRAY 🙏🏻
Thank you Pastor Jack, I thank God for using you to reach out to the lost daily. I want you to know that you are an inspiration to me and my family for standing up to evil. We are praying for you and your family safety. May God bless you and your ministry and keep you safe always.
So true…. The enemy is using us to accomplish what he set out to do and that’s to take as many people with him as possible. As followers, we have to HOLD ON TO JESUS! Without HIM, there is NO hope. But flipping it around God is faithful in ALL circumstances. Pastor Jack…continue to speak truth. It’s your gift.

Great to hear Jack Hibbs 👍 he is great to inform the world about Jesus and his sacrifice for everyone who asks for forgiveness. God sent his son into this world to die for everyone who asks forgiveness. Amen
Lost my son to suicide 7 years ago. The reaction and care from my church was nonexistent. People are truly uncomfortable with this subject. I know my son is in heaven with Jesus
Thank you, Pastor Jack! I am a pariah to my daughter and son-in-law. It really hurts. This was a super encouraging message! It went hand in hand with my own Pastor’s sermon this week about being created to know GOD and be known by him.
I attend a Bible teaching church, pure Bible, and I listen to pastors like Jack Hibbs. I have cancer, round 2 and I have the best life ever right now! Faith is the Victory that overcomes the world and the Lord has me here right now for His purpose. The Lord has brought me thru this and He will bring you thru whatever fiery furnace you are facing! Faith and only believe friends!
I think almost every person has felt or has a loved one or friend thinking the life ending subject so thank you so much for speaking out against against the enemy the great adversary the devil his time is short and he's working overtime knowing the end is nearer now than ever before.
I LOVE YOU PASTOR JACK AND TEAM BROTHERS AND SISTERS IN THE COMMENTS STAY IN THE BIBLE AND LOOK TO JESUS HIS RETURN IS NEAR I LOVE YOU ALL AND I WILL SEE YOU IN HEAVEN!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️
