Patient used to have existing fixed bridge on her front teeth but it did not make her feel happy. For her - it looked off, too bulky, shade isn't to her liking, and it doesn't look balanced.
She visited us to have it replaced hoping it will look better - but then we assessed everything and recommended to get crown lengthening plus add crowns on her adjacent teeth for a better looking smile.
Not just that, we had to do root canal retreatment to target oral health.
