Thanks. I like that option where you make a folder and use the copy command to merge the files. That's exactly the type of thing I needed to browse through a bunch of text files quickly to determine if they had any important data before deleting them.
I noticed that the cmd way is ugly, and if you want to combine txt file that contains lines, it will merge the end an the first of every txt file. So, Powershell wins, powershell is perfect :) +Thank you for helping
