damn i have psoriasis. but ive never thought of it being on my head. and i do get itchy head. and when i get a hair cut i always get told i have dry scalp. usually i go saftey razor bald after a year or two of growing it.
It could be psoriasis, but the skin underneath looks too healthy. Psoriasis at this stage would be bloody and that young girl would be crying. Scraping psoriasis like that is really painful, I have it. It also looks like it's coming off easily and psoriasis is hard to remove, it really sticks to the root of your skin so when you pull flakes off you often pull fresh skin too, causing more bleeding. I think this might be a fungus. But idk I suppose it could be psoriasis or something similar.
@@xiao8903 I noticed that after I watched another video of someone scratching her own scalp gently and it bled. Smh I feel so bad for people with this type of scalp condition. But for video purposes it would be more satisfying to see, minus the bleeding.
Not gonna lie but that looks like it would feel soooo good. Like it’s probably itchy as all hell but when that comb gets in there and scratches along the scalp… I’m getting shivers just imagining it
Thats the point! I think she put any cream on her head and let it dry. I had the same Problem years ago, even if it wasn't that bad, my hair fell out, skin was red and irritated
1 bottle of water. Add tea tree and apple cider vinegar.not only will it not come back but it will heal and grow the hair back thicker too. This scalp disease can make you bald and its very hurtful to see when my baby sisters hair was just falling out. But its now. thick healthy and long no more scalp irritations.
Great suggestion, bc I've also tried those things, and they seemed to help. I just need to do it more often than once until my hair is where it needs to be. Thanks.
This is a spritz.just part the hair and spray on the scalp until it is gone. When it dis appears keep using it for a moment until you feel the scalp is normal. Avoid oils even coconut oil. do not oil the scalp will the scalp is heavily scabby.just the spritz
A severe case of seborrheic dermatitis like mine. I'm able to control with T-gel shampoo and washing 1-2 times a week. I still have to scratch and lift the flakes at times, but my scalp is so much better now and less hair fall.
I have this too and mine is less severe. I can't be washing my natural hair that often. I use Selsun Blue and I have to immediately French my hair in oil once I wash it.
My daughter has this but not this bad. But she also have severe eczema. She's prescribed triamcinolone. I put on her scalp if it gets bad. We're black, so we don't wash our hair everyday. I'd assume that's part of the problem too. And temperature of the water. Idk though.
Poor child being exploited for likes and views! What a shame!!! This is build-up from weeks or at least a month without washing! And she also appears to have a yeast infection on her scalp. We can clearly see they are intentionally allowing it to flake with build-up for weeks! Yes the scalp is going to get flaky due to her condition. However this is an indication of very poor hygiene combined with an infection in addition to her skin/scalp condition!
What's crazy is that after all this, before the end of the day your scalp more than likely will have flakes. Trust me, this is the story of my life! Sometimes my Psoriasis comes down on my face. It's more severe with stress!
I also have psoriasis on scalp and people think I don't keep proper hygiene. but the truth is I take a lot of care of my hair but still it is not in my hands 😭
I use to work with a young lady who had dandruff really bad ,we had to wear all black it would be all over her shoulders and shirt we worked in a restaurant i felt bad when tables would request for another server 😩
It is sebhorric dermatitis similar to cradle cap but affects people other than babies. This is probably months of untreated buildup. My daughter has suffered from the same but never this badly.
O nome disso e dermatite seborreica, acontece de forma genetica e tambem por outros diversos fatores como acumulo de produto, excesso de oleosidade no couro
This is not regular dandruff. She needs treatment. I hope the lady has directed her to a good doctor to deal with it. You can see she is a child so her parents must be responsible about taking her and getting help. Hope she is treated soon .
This is dermatitis.. my son had this bad at ages 5-6.. his hair fell out. I had to get him on antibiotics to clear it. He still gets dandruff but not this thick anymore. Combing it would make him loose more hair and scraping the dandruff would sometimes cause open sores. Tee tree oil, and sulfur 8 was all we could use😩 I’m so glad that’s over.
It can't, the best method is to comb your hair really thoroughly and then wash, otherwise you'd be scrubbing your head raw to get all of it out. Even worse if you're curly headed like me. They'll just get stuck to your hair.
Raw unpasteurized butter on scalp as deep conditioner overnight if possible. follow up with Apple cider vinegar rinse. do this every 2 days This has more to do with the gut then the scalp but totally curable.
I had dandruff before but not as bad I used regular moisturizing shampoo and treated my scalp with Sulfur 8 I've used it off and on for years it works and can find it at any beauty supply store and ofcourse drinking lots of water helps too
This looks like cradle cap. My daughter had it but was not as severe as this. I finally put some baby oil on it and scratched it up like this with a rat tail comb. Which in term mad her hair fall out with in a couple weeks. It was terrible she was 1 years old at the time
She has a condition called psoriasis. Where a thick layer of dry flakey skin can develop on the scalp or skin. As long as she is oiling her scalp and has a good hair routine, her hair will still grow and be healthy. She just has go to a shop or have a family member remove all of the dry dead skin from her scalp. There is a special shampoo and conditioner that can be prescribed to help with the flaking as well.
Fake. My sister has this and combing it up like that causes her scalp to bleed a bit. My son has a bout with it and same thing, bleeding when you comb at it. I think this is fake 🤷🏾♀️
@@SpoiledLocGurl What in the world would they accomplish by making this fake? This is not fake and everybody's body reacts differently. There is absolutely no gain from pretending that you have a horrible amount of dandruff in your head.
I promise you head and shoulders does not help don’t let anyone tell you it does just moisturize your hair heavy after you find a product that works for you personally💯 I haven’t had dandruff since I was in high school
If this is psoriasis, You need to restore her PH balance by washing her hair with apple cider vinegar then moisturize her scalp with coconut oil and tea tree oil mixture. If its a fungus, use a mixture of borax powder and sulfur and coconut oil. Mix into a paste and use it to oil her scalp after washing it with tetmosol soap. !! Disclaimer !! I am not a Doctor!!! These were prescribed to me by a doctor for the same problem. You could give it a try after doing your reserch.
I feel like that's a mum doing her daughters hair. If that's the case, there's nothing "gross" about it. Mothers suck mucus out their children's nose lol what's a little dead skin?🤷🏾♀️
I think it's some type of cream or wax product dried in her scalp. I've seen dandruff, and it's not that white, especially when it's that thick. It would be yellowish and oily. But it's still satisfying!
@Tiffany I don’t post negativity but was this allowed to build up like this to post , I hope not , I can’t sleep or walk around like that , I would love to see her talk about how to prevent so much buildup, there no cure but it can be treated
@Tiffany That's not true!! I know someone with a similar scalp condition and the flakes build up pretty quickly. It can look like this even a day or two after washing and removing flakes...
Although very satisfying to watch, I don’t believe this is true seborrheic dermatitis. It’s too white and too flaky. It looks like caked wet baby powder applied to make a good video. SB usually has red or pink patches under it.
It’s so weird that I was thinking the same thing. How it clumps together and she’s just able to push it off the comb. Plus the hair looks like it’s been colored. Who would color their hair with a scalp condition as bad as this? (Idk but just curious)
Thought the same, it looks like a scalp clay mask which dried. Weird example but my dog has allergies and deals with very flaky skin and when I comb the flakes out there are always patches still sticking to the skin. And under that, the skin looks irritated. I am german so excuse my english :)
for anyone saying she should go faster... just change playback speed to 1.75 and let this poor girls scalp be saved its prolly sensitive af after thsi.
Fill a spray bottle up to 2 inches of apple cider vinegar (with the mother) then put 4 inches of water shake well for 20 to 30 seconds wet your hair very well apply spray mixture all over don’t get it in ur eyes it will burn lol. Let it sit for about 5 to 8 minutes then wash it out then use a natural conditioner let that sit for 5 minutes then wash out with in 2 weeks you should see a difference. This happening because your hair ph is below 4
I use to have this kind of dandruff! I went the doctor they gave me meds but they didn’t work so I started trying stuff myself! I started with the Neutrogena Tgel it work for 6 month then stopped working! So I started on the head and shoulders and it worked and still does and after I wash my hair I put the DooGro Vitalizing hair grease on my scalp and now it only comes on the sides but not as thick and not as bad!!
I think maybe a only a dermatologist should touch such sensitive areas, as I imagine it feels very tender and tight. Everyone, switching to cruelty free and natural soaps without synthetics will save your skin. No synthetic fragrances or harmful unnatural chemicals
I suffer with the samething it itches like crazy feels so good when I get it scratched but then it bleeds I'm thinking about doing a big chop. My dermatologist prescribed medication but it only helped for a month #frustrated#
This isn’t psoriasis! If anything I’d guess that it’s a scalp treatment clay that detoxifies the bad oils in the scalp. Absorbs the oils, and hardens up like clay. They’re just brushing it out for aesthetic. If she had psoriasis, y’all would know! And her hair wouldn’t be that great. Her scalp is in amazing condition; the opposite of psoriasis! I’ve seen psoriasis even if it’s looked after, it’s not pretty…
this isn’t a lack of hygiene like some of the comments i saw said or dandruff this is actually psoriasis and needs more treatment than just combing out
Peroxide & ACV treatments seem appropriate. I've never seen anything like this 😟 Once it's removed, try the rinse. It's natural and should help cure this.
I have occasional seborrheic dermatitis along my hairline and some other parts of my scalp but definitely not as near severe as this poor girls!! My heart goes out to her, I know how frustrating it is!❤️
I’m not sure if this is bacterial or fungal, but either way the nerd in me would LOVE to plate a sample of this and look at it under a microscope after a week!
@@calicofishy um, love. that’s not fake. there’s actually a type of dandruff called Psoriasis and it’s a build up of over dead skin cells that come from your scalp!
She should go to a dermatologist. My mom had this for years and they prescribed her some kind of shampoo and it went away. I think neutrogena also makes an otc shampoo for psoriasis.
Hi, lovelies! Just here to say that Jesus loves you. He will come again! Please get your life right with God. Ask Him to help you. He saves! Let us trust in Him!
