For strumming, use the nail of your pointer finger. I pinch my pointer finger and thumb together like I have a pick in hands, but I'm strumming with the nail of my pointer finger. I'm actually making a video about that, so I hope to get that done soon. For tutorial, did you mean you want to find the chords or make a video.
