I live in Germany and I could say the apartments you got are absolutely nice. Here in Germany the Apartments are sooo expensive and still look trashy😩😩
Apartments here look nice! I'm about done with college. I want out of small-town/midwest lol. These rent prices are really good for what you get it looks like (similar to minneapolis/milwaukee by me). How far away are these places from the downtown core if I'll be working downtown? If these are close to downtown I'm sold lol

Noda apartments in Charlotte, NC was the 2nd showing. I stayed there with a family member who just moved there 2 months ago. she has a 1 bedroom, 1bathroom apt. rating is not a 7 but to be a 9. I'm moving down there from Maryland. Electric 2 Car train is across the street, yo, no noise! It's Quiet! Amenities are a bang for your buck. Garage has 6 levels that are $10 a month, optional. trash pick up outside your apt door is $32 a month, optional. spacious apartment, everything you need inside. Gym, pool area, trail walks, street parking. Mailbox inside near gym area. Delivery package setup inside also. I love it, luxury baby. Awesome lounge area. 10 mins from Uptown( city) on the train. she saved 1 year of rent and moved there from Philly. She is Looking for a job but chilling in the process. I'm saving up a year's rent to move in 6 months. Hustler-NYC! The construction on the surrounding upcoming apartment beautiful spots are not loud and crazy at all. I watched as I traveled and explored during my visit in June 2021. I fell in love! I am sold and moving soon, New Year coming. Friendly people down there and driving in Charlotte is nice, no road rage at all. I love it! Peaceful, Quiet, love of God vibe, woosa. yesssss! I drove my car down. I'm coming back for another week in September 2021. I found out I can transfer my job security position down there to Uptown city Federal bldgs. God is a blessing. Super friendly happy people in Charlotte. Plenty of places to go to and hang out. WE even look out for one another! Wow! Stick together, about time. Yall know what I mean. lol. Look up Members Only, a spot to chill n relax, ladies. Men are welcome too but Owners are beautiful friendly loving women of color. Music, Wine, members card, meet n chit chat, vibes are boss. Set up is so cozy and different. A must-go-see and experience. In the Noda neighborhood. Just trying to shine more light on the beauty of this Noda apartment experience and area. Depending on where you are looking if you want to be closer to uptown rent usually starts around 1400. Outside of the city you can see anywhere around 1000
