We continue to make progress on our new house. The shop's final inspection was this week and there are just a few things we need to take care of to get our C of O (certificate of occupancy). We've also started on the house. The footings are dug and filled in with concrete. And you may not know this but those footings have to be inspected before you can put any foundation or block work up. They need to make sure that the trenches are dug out deep en ough and that the concrete is in them to firm up the base for the foundation of your house.
