run on sentences and inconsistent tense are my biggest issues!

By the way, as a former Navy man, a better word in that context for the back end of a ship is "stern". Aft is a direction, but stern is a part of the ship. IE: ...barely visible with their sterns to the sunset...

Great review. That's why I'm now *SUBSCRIBED!* I've been writing using the Google Docs editor. I like it a lot. Does AutoCrit 2.0 have a spelling checker that shows you a misspelled word? I think I'll join anyway for all the other features it harbors.

Yes, it does have grammar/spelling capabilities, and since the release of this video, AutoCrit has partnered with Grammarly to allow Grammarly premium members to log in while in AutoCrit and have access to their Grammarly tools within AutoCrit's writing/editing system as well. @@KatherineDGrahamAuthor Thanks for the quick response. I must be gullible because I just joined AutoCrit at the free level. (TANSTAAFL- from *_The Moon Is a Harsh Mistress_* ) I'm too new of need all those tools. I'm just fine with Google Docs editor. I understand that you, as a professional, can make great use of those features you showed us. I think a tool like Plottr will be more useful for me right now. I'd like to find a video that elluminates all the features of the free version of AutoCrit. I'm going to continue to watch your videos, however. Peace!

I loved seeing the new features and how you use them. Thanks for sharing! 😁 Is it recommended to do your edits in AutoCrit in chunks/chapters at a time? Or can you do the whole book? I’d imagine the summaries would look different for each option based on the word count going up so I was curious about that. ☺️

I personally start out chapter by chapter during the drafting phase, and then I do the entire book at once for the editing phase. I haven't had any issues with running the reports on longer books. My longest so far was 121,000 words...

Have you ever looked into or used Fictionary? I'm wondering how AutoCrit compares to that. 🤔

I have not personally used Fictionary, so I cannot say from first-hand experience. Maybe someone else watching has? The genre expectations in AutoCrit's reports is what drew me to the platform and has been super helpful (I haven't seen that feature on other editing/writing sites).

@@KatherineDGrahamAuthor I saw their lifetime promotion deal yesterday, so I did sign up for it. I've heard a lot of great things about AutoCrit from other writers and they all say it's worth it, so I took the plunge. The price for the lifetime membership seemed like too good of a deal to pass up on.
