Mat 5:19 Therefore whoever relaxes one of the least of these commandments and teaches others to do the same will be called least in the kingdom of shamayim (pw heaven), but whoever does them and teaches them will be called great in the kingdom of shamayim. Mat 5:20 For I tell you, unless your righteousness exceeds that of the scribes and Pharisees, you will never enter the kingdom of shamayim (pw heaven).

"Line upon line" is always taken out of context when used from the scriptures. It is actually a negative context referring to those who take out of context verses , here a little there a little and end up falling backwards - this is what the cult of Christianity does. They reject Torah Isa_28:13 And the word [TORAH] of Yahuah (pw the LORD) will be to them precept upon precept, precept upon precept, line upon line, line upon line, here a little, there a little, that they may go, and fall backward, and be broken, and snared, and taken.
