1. Come, gracious Spirit, heavenly Dove, with light and comfort from above; come, be our Guardian, be our Guide, o'er every thought and step preside. 2. The light of truth to us display, and make us know and choose your way; plant holy fear in every heart, that we from God may ne'er depart. 3. Lead us to Christ, the living Way, nor let us from his pastures stray; lead us to holiness, the road that we must take to dwell with God. 4. Lead us to heav'n, that we may share fullness of joy for ever there; lead us to God, our final rest, to be with him for ever blest.
John 14:26 - But the Comforter, which is the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in MY NAME, He shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. John 16:12-15 12 I have yet many things to say unto you, but ye cannot bear them now. 13 Howbeit when He, the Spirit of Truth, is come, He will guide you into all truth: for He shall not speak of Himself; but whatsoever He shall hear, that shall He speak: and He will shew you things to come. 14 He shall glorify me: for He shall receive of mine, and shall shew it unto you. 15 All things that the Father hath are mine: therefore said I, that He shall take of mine, and shall shew it unto you. Hallelujaaaah!!!!
Art thou weary, art thou languid, Art thou sore distressed? Come to Me, saith One, and coming, Be at rest. Hath He marks to lead me to Him, If He be my Guide? In His feet and hands are wound prints And His side. Hath He diadem, as monarch, That His brow adorns? Yes, a crown in very surety, But of thorns. If I find Him, if I follow, What His guerdon here? Many a sorrow, many a labor, Many a tear. If I still hold closely to Him, What hath He at last? Sorrow vanquished, labor ended, Jordan passed. If I ask Him to receive me, Will He say me nay? Not till earth and not till Heaven Pass away. Finding, following, keeping, struggling, Is He sure to bless? Saints, apostles, prophets, martyrs, Answer, Yes! Stephen the Sabaite,. 725 - 796
We can conduct ourselves trusting our creator! Don't believe filthy Liars that say least in every day and thought, word, and deed! It is possible to have a clean conscience! If your conscience is clear, you're not doing anything you know to be wrong, you can trust God to show you anything that may be wrong, yes? Why would he condemn you for things you don't know are wrong??
We can be free from sin and conduct ourselves trusting our creator!! Don't believe charlatans that lying say "we all sin everyday in thought, word, and deed. Filthy LIARS spreading damnable heresies!!!!
90% of Christian music is secular and shallow. Exceptions I know of... Rich Mullins, Don Francisco, Kathy Tricolli and there are I'm sure more, but I agree with you 100%. Nothing like old hymns

1John 5:v.7- There are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Spirit: and these three are One. John 17:v. 4-5 and 21-22 - 4 I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do. 5 And now, O Father, glorify thou me with thine own self with the glory which I had with thee before the world was. 21 I pray that they all may be One; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me. 22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be One, even as we are One. Amen
I am an ELCA Lutheran from South Carolina. I play the piano and organ. Today (February 16, Epiphany 6), we sang this as our Hymn of the Day. However, it was to the tune, HERR JESU CHRIST MEINS, a 15th century German folk tune.
The history of why this hymn was penned by hymn writer Simon Browne (1680-1732) is interesting. Browne wrote this hymn after being attacked by a highwayman, and in self-defense, he struck the man, knocking him down and killing him. He had the impression that he could never be forgiven by God because of it.
The sorrow of the heart for our sins brings us to repentance, and to trust in the Lord Jesus Christ as our only Lord and Saviour. So many have changed greatly after this as the spirit of God moves through us to walk in his righteousness.
The greatest gift of the holey spirit is holy heavenly love we must never let that go.o love that will not let me go I rest my weary sole in thee . Amen

"15:1 Moreover, brethren, I declare unto you the gospel which I preached unto you, which also ye have received, and wherein ye stand; 15:2 By which also ye are saved, if ye keep in memory what I preached unto you, unless ye have believed in vain. 15:3 For I delivered unto you first of all that which I also received, how that Christ died for our sins according to the scriptures; 15:4 And that he was buried, and that he rose again the third day according to the scriptures:" 1 Corinthians 15:1-4. "1:5 To whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen. 1:6 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: 1:7 Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. 1:8 But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. 1:9 As we said before, so say I now again, if any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed." Galatians 1:5-9. "2:8 For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: 2:9 Not of works, lest any man should boast." Ephesians 2:8-9. "3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God; 3:24 Being justified freely by his grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus: 3:25 Whom God hath set forth to be a propitiation through faith in his blood, to declare his righteousness for the remission of sins that are past, through the forbearance of God; 3:26 To declare, I say, at this time his righteousness: that he might be just, and the justifier of him which believeth in Jesus. 3:27 Where is boasting then? It is excluded. By what law? of works? Nay: but by the law of faith." Romans 3:23-27.
anthony baliestry you are repeating through your mouth, what Satan has always spoken for millennia. The Apostle Paul made clear to the disciples of the church of Thessalonica saying that Satan will exalt himself over everything that is called God or is worshiped, só that he sets himself up in the temple of God, proclaming himself to be God. See, he keeps saying it until the present day, including through your mouth. That's it, you know? .
