The second house fits your family so well, the only downside is no garage, but you can always build one or just get a canopy tent thing to cover the car. I think it will be great having a little farm, you can easily fit chickens, a horse, and maybe even like two goats or pigs, plus you can even have a little garden! Also I see Brielle becoming a little horse girl.

House #2...has more room for family and/or farm! More room to expand, less noise! Thanks for taking us along!

I think house #2 was so cute, although I didn’t see the basement if it had one, the outbuilding and the 2 acres are just so nice, as well as the back double deck. I thought the kitchen was nice size, and that it had good potential to make it your own, away from the highway..lol And I always think that Finn will fit right in there in Tennessee with his mullet.:) He reminds me of a mini Billy Ray Cyrus..lol So cute! The 2nd house is literally nice n fit for the family..although there's no basement or more room for guests but you can always built it. I think the area, space, barn and all the little adventure ollie n finn going to have here is gonna be so amazing.

Ok one very important thing when living in Tennesee make sure you have a storm shelter or basement! Extremely important!!!

I can see you in either one of those houses and be completely happy. I do prefer house #2 because of that barn. Can accommodate so many different options to fit your family.

Welcome to Tennessee!!! I highly recommend coming and checking out Cookeville, TN. It is smack dab in between Nashville, Knoxville, and Chattanooga (less than 1.5 hr drive to any of those cities). Some really neat places to see and things to do, also lots of land available! We also have tons of music venues to play at!

Both houses were very nice. The first one was amazing until you went in the backyard and you could hear the highway soo loud! That would be a deal breaker for me, soo noisy. The second one was nice and great back yard. Keep looking until you really find the one that talks to you!! Happy house hunting! :)

When you move to the south, it's good to go house hunting in the rain because you can see what properties hold water in case of flooding during hurricane season or just in general. The houses are really nice and TN is nice.

House no 2 was better than the first one. It was spacious inside and quieter. The first house was very noisy with the highway… hope you find exactly what you guys are looking for. Thanks for taking us with.. please do it again!🤗❤️❤️❤️

I really liked the 2nd house. Even without not having a garage. The yard was beautiful & just having that out building was nice. You could always build a carport onto the house.

Yeah... the rain here in the south is funny. It'll rain pretty hard, and then be sunny and HOT for the rest of the day. The humidity creates a lot of pop-up storms. House 2 is gorgeous! For what y'all want, I think that that is the best bet for you. Franklin is a beautiful area. If you want to do something with the shed there, I would suggest a window AC unit. It'll get hot in there.

I loved house #2 because it had a good size lot and it was much quieter than the first house. The rooms seemed larger and it has more potential to make it your own. I loved the extra building out back too. Did it have a basement? I visited Tennessee many years ago and just south of Nashville was my favourite part of the country. I could live there. You can’t go wrong with such a large piece of land 😊

I like the 2nd house. It's really cute! Kinda wish there was another bedroom or two, mostly because I think the boys will want their own space one of these days. But I think the 2nd one is definitely one of the best ones so far.

Out of these 2 houses, the 2nd one would be my pick! Love the lot size and you could certainly work with it. I live near Atlanta and all through the summer there’s often a chance of rain with the humidity in the afternoon. You’ll love the summer rain and thunderstorms!

House #2 was my favorite. There is enough land for expansion of the house, and the shed has so much potential! Lots of room outside for boys toexplire and tire themselves out!
