The time has come to start house hunting in Vancouver again! Now that I’m a married woman, Chris and I had to take a look at our apartment and decide if this was something we could stay in over the next few years. Simply put, we cannot and we have full outgrown the apartment we currently live in, in Downtown Vancouver. So, with all that being said, come house hunting in Vancouver with me! I wanted to bring you guys along for this exciting journey as we explore buying our first house. Vancouver is way over rated - there are far more beautiful cities in the world with much more reasonable prices - vancouver thinks by over building prices will go down - did that help other big cities >? NO , and they offer art , culture , museums , Doctors, good transportation , friendly people , and much more than ugly Vancouver does where ugly small houses that are falling apart routinely sell for over 3 million.....look elsewhere and if you do not believe it google real estate Vancouver .....the ugliest areas of houses sell for at least 1.7 million......where the safest areas are generally starting at least - 3 million .

You have to think about nurseries and kid rooms! Maybe you should think about detached homes where you have privacy with lots of land and a big backyard for the kids. Also you want to be in a safe location with good schools and a family friendly neighborhood! Good luck!
