Come into the attic of this Italian Chateaux - war room and attic (part 3) 

This part 3 of a 4-part series features the war room with all the medieval weapons and climb up into the attic! You will see how thick the original walls were built when construction began in the Middle Ages.
I visited this Chateau D'Aymavilles in April 2024. It is located in Italy's Piedmont region, in the Aosta Valley. The present-day look of this castle is a result of the 18th century owner Joseph-Felix de Challant, but originally construction began in the 12th century. Today, the castle is a stunning museum featuring a mix of Medieval and Baroque styles.
