(Looks up the rules) OH!!! Okay that makes sense. Okay, so there are 3 ways to win 1. Three of the SAME sized pieces; big, medium or peg in a row (in any direction vertically, horizontally or diagonally). So like the normal game of Tic tac toe/knots and crosses. 2. Three concentric pieces in any one space. Have all 3 size and colour pieces on the bord, eg blue LARGE ring in the bottom right corner, with the MEDIUM size ring inside of the larger ring, with the PEG in the centre of the medium ring. like the way they are set up before they started playing. 3. (The way Allison won) Three pieces in ascending or descening order (in any direction vertically, horizontally or diagonally). Have the yellow LARGE ring in the bottom left corner, have the MEDIUM ring in the bottom middle, and have the PEG in the bottom right. I really hope this made sense 😅, if not look up “The Rules of Otrio” and the pictures will help. 🙂
So... Couldn't one of them win way sooner with yellow - by using big yellow ring on upper left? (With middle sized yellow in the middle and yellow peg in right down corner already? Before he put big blue in that upper left corner?
That's what I was trying to think about. My understanding from watching this, it seems that he could have put the medium green in the middle right and won early on.
The rules as i see them you have to alternate in color every turn you have 2 colors that have been asigned to you if you get small medium large in any color in order you win and if you get any piece 3 in a row of the same color you win
I dont know the rules, but why didnt she just put the big yellow in the top left corner for a diagonal yellow if thats how you win, instead of putting the red in the middle right?
