You should make a video about what beginner to intermediate runners should focus on over a year long period to build up fitness for something like a 5k
5k? Go run every other day or every three days for 2~3k at your comfortable pace. You'll surprise yourself after 2~3 months. You don't really want to know the training intensity of these athletes....
Different forms of running. The last guy has mastered the quick foot strikes but the other too especially the leader are running like some smooth gazelles. Great form!
Get a training watch. Run and monitor your heartrate ( average beats per minute) as you run more your average effort should gradually get better. You can upload each session to apps like strava.
Just starting my running journey to doing 5k, 10k and I just get so motivated watching your videos. Just shows me that it could be possible to have this cadence and endurance with training. 👏🏼
I sort of ran like the guy in blue, but dante runs soo effortlessly. im stealing that form he has. He makes sure he move his elbow and shoulder together
I did a 56 second 400m once. When I was 18, training, in prime shape, at a competition. It wasn’t anywhere near that smooth, and I bet those guys could do it all day long lol!
