The top Hold above the cabin is actually very useful. I have no problem with putting about 200 lbs. of cargo up there with no problems at all. It is a great place to put about 10 boxes of tobacco up there and not have a CG problem at all. If you have heavy weighted cargo on the main deck, you could easily put more up top without a problem of tipping. Great vid. Looking forward to more.
I ended up playing guinea pig as well. Started a new save and went with Al Ankh because I wanted to run the Sanbuq. I've not messed with trying to get stuff to spoil, been just running with the crates of goat cheese. The crated cheese doesn't rot and also you can put stuff in the crate with the cheese as storage. I did find that it took 17 days in game of just eating cheese to hit a "health issue."
Wait... I wasn't aware you could actually get sick now. Interesting! I'll have to try that in the next video. So far, I've just been eating fish and cheese. That would probably taste disgusting as a mixture, but thankfully, our character isn't a picky eater!
@@DaltonReutlinger I didn't realize that they put the balanced diet mechanic in the beta yet and ran into it. The icon on the food bar will change to show what you need to eat... I noticed that it was showing an orange and figured it was just a UI change. Dev is still fleshing out the diet mechanic so I couldn't find any fruits at Gold Rock that could fix the issue and I didn't have the lions to buy a crate of oranges to see if that would fix it. Ended up using the Inn and found it fixed the diet problem. Needless to say, 2 bananas, 2 dates, and coconut wine didn't fix it I found out.
Great to see you back on the high seas! The island just northeast of HB with a grave and a shipwrecked dhow has a truly hilarious shape and is a useful navigational marker. If you want to see what else has been added to the game, you should talk to the guy in the Oasis tavern.
Hi there, sorry for the potential stupid question but did I maybe miss something ? Are you running a different version of the game for this miniseries, or is it 0.28.1 ? The UI looks different from mine.

Just a quick question, when the update is msde live for everyone, we can all continue with the saves we hsve already started right ? No need to make a new one with the update.
