Congratulations! You guys will be grandparents soon! I'm hoping this sink #4 works out for you. Your place is looking beautiful. Looking forward to your next video!
I adore the dining chairs! They actually look good in the tones they are...if you want them lighter, only whitewash the frame and legs, leave the decorative insert in the backrest as is.....I think it will look good. Good luck on finding the right sink!
Love the round table and the chairs! You can easily put two more similar but different chairs with them, and it will look so cute! Several of my friends have done that! I so enjoy your color choices and style! It's exactly my taste in decor! ❤ Such a fun video!😊
Highly recommend Rethunk Junk paint. Its a resin paint, not chalk paint and covers beautifully. You may need to seal your table top with a polyurethane so it doesn't chip or scrape off.
Those chairs are gorgeous!!! Pour a concrete sink!!! Or even fiberglass is easy to do... You might also check with neighbors if the condo's were stock decorated, see if you can get a brand name for the one you removed....🤔
Can you have someone grind the granite opening to fit! Yes or no? I know you can with man made materials. We had to cut down our quartz sink but its ground quartz with polymers. Did with a diamond saw then sanded.but itvwas at side wall. U shaped walls on 3 sides.
I would have made a cardboard template of the sink hole & taken that to the stores😊 plus, just my opinion- I don’t think I would like a cream sink with white cabinets
Those chairs are just gorgeous, I wouldn't change them at all because the backs add such character. The table ended up looking fantastic, although I did like the base the original colour hahaha. Your place is looking lovely, can't wait to see more.
Hello Teresa and Ben. It was so good to see this video. Thanks for sharing your decorating ideas. The condo is looking lovely. Can't wait to see if sink #4 works out😜 You guys take care and God bless 😊
I love the round table. Great decision on it being round rather than going with the typical oblong or square style. Your home is turning out fantastic.
I watch ginger chic rehab a lot. Mainly to see how she paints hard to cover items from metal to wood. She uses several prep sprays that Id never think of! Ibwas given a drop leaf table but top has a lot of damage and water marks so planning to paint black.
love the round table and that it’s base is so open. goes perfectly in this open room. i absolutely love that you’re doing this as economically as possible. the idea is to enjoy the condo, have guests, and not be fussy. the chairs are gorgeous. a million congratulations on impending grand parenthood!!
I personally would not put that nice white clock, above a cook stove surface. Just because of all the cooking over time. That's why I do not like microwave above a stove. But Teresa you do what you want it's your home.
Hi Teresa, it's really been a while since i last watched you and your awesome imagination. Covid hit and had too turn internet service off. So, I have INTERNET AGAIN YAY first thing I did was too find you and catch up. So very happy too watch again. Very happy about your condo well deserved you two work so very hard. I don't know if you'll remember me but I talked about TATER glad too see him as well I have my CLOVER my KITY. Good too see you guys well and HAPPY.
Teresa, you and Ben are one of the hardest working couples I know! Your condo looks beautiful already and it isn't even finished yet. You are doing a fantastic job. Blessings XO😇😇
Teresa, why don’t you get the granite cutter at a countertop company adjust the hole ? Love the chairs. Also , I would have a French style stove hood cover for your exhaust fan hood, ( easy to build) . That style is so country and woukd look great over your stove and that empty wall. Open shelves would look great on either side of the French hood cover.
Teresa, we made the mistake of not getting an under mount sink for our kitchen. About a year after installing it, our granite cracked We were told the over mount should never have been installed. Just trying to save you some heartache!
Love how its looking! Can you contact a stone company to see about trimming the stone? When our countertop was installed they didn't cut out the sink until they got here. Just a thought ... then you could have that sink!
Hi Teresa and Ben. Congratulations on the grand baby and congratulations to your daughter and son in-law. I love that table and at a great price. Fingers crossed that sink #4 is the proper fit, otherwise you may have to go the route someone suggested and find a tile guy that can cut the to fit the sink. Bu the way, I paint like Ben. Blessings to all.
Omg Theresa it's turning out simple beautiful.... love the table in white and those chairs are so pretty with the table... Girl, Ben has the patience of a SAINT!!!! lol .... I would of already had a cow and then some .... 😂😂😂 Yall keep up the hard work, I'm loving what I see.... have a great evening, Sending hugs from Tx... ❤❤❤
Teresa, those chairs you found for $30 are gorgeous! Plus, I really like the dining room table you transformed looks great as well. My goodness that sink is really driving y’all crazy. Can’t wait to see what you end up with. Thanks so much for sharing your progress. Have a blessed week. 😊❤😊🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏🙏
Your table and chairs look really nice. Hopefully sink number 4 works out for you. Congratulations on your grand baby. Being a grandma is awesome. Looking forward to your next video.
Oh Teresa, I can’t help but giggle about the sink. If it’s not one thing, it’s ten. I pray this one fits. I watch a younger couple that are trying to get settled in Tennessee and they have had trouble from git go. Plus she’s in her early 40’s and pregnant. Your home is going to be gorgeous. I love those two chairs, love them. A bit of white wash to tone down the wood and wowza. 😊❤
I love how you are decorating your condo. So pretty! I paint furniture a LOT for myself and family. What I do for wood pieces is I prime with a shellac primer. When I paint, to get a smooth finish I use a small sponge roller to put my first coat on. Water is my friend! If I need to brush I always spritz with water. Or if my brush starts to drag, I will dip it in water and press out the excess or spritz the brush. It helps prevent brush marks and really makes a difference. It also helps to not have coats of paint that are too thick. Happy painting!!
Love the table just the right size for your room, the chair are so pretty!!! Can you get a counter fabricator to come over and adjust the size? Good luck with sink!!
I was planning to wait & binge watch all the videos on this channel on a rainy afternoon but for some reason this one caught my attention---your condo is a wonderful getaway on the water & you're doing a great job of decorating it. I thought for sure you had some huge round stencil or transfer to go in the middle of the little dining table! I really like the scroll legs & I love those chairs just the way they are. I like clocks, too; I'm bad at being on time but I don't like to be the one keeping people waiting so I have a clock in evey room! I'm still planning to wait for that rainy afternoon to enjoy the rest of your renovation videos. So strange that the sink opening is not standard size---fingers crossed for #4!
I love the dinning room table, what a great find and the paint job looks fascinating to me. It made me chuckle when Ben made the sad face when he had to take I think the second sink back. By the way I absolutely love the dinning chairs, I don't think I would do anything to them. Everything is looking so pretty, can't wait to see everything styled. I love it all.❤
Love the table and chairs for the dining area! Condo is looking lovely and taking shape! Hope your sink dilemma has been cured and you have a working sink! 🙂♥️
