Only wish this show had been longer. Loved today's panel, lovely to have Charlotte hosting again and all the recommended products and fashion picks were so, so good!
Can we take a moment at how detailed the description info box is, def set a precedence. Fab video as always❤ Shoutout to Charlotte, the rock chic look, so suits.
Perhaps the lady on the panel wasn't aware of the Korean skincare scandal from 2020 where sun products were independently tested and found to not have the potency they claimed. 50sph products were found to be maxed at 15sph. Australia has banned Korean suncare products permanently as a result because skin cancer is such an issue there. If anything, I'd probably ONLY trust Australian suncare products to have the efficacy they claim.
The Beauty of Joseon suncream wasn't included in the scandal and has been independently tested and shown to have the labeled SPF. Plenty of European and north American suncreams have previously been tested and shown to have a far lower than labeled SPF value, this isn't a Korea specific issue by any means.
The brand in particular was Purito, after the scandal they pulled the product & sent out refunds, out of the 50 odd brands that were tested 39 didn’t match the spf rating including LaRoche & neutrogena, it’s definitely not an issue with Korean brands
I was a bit surprised to see they entered the clothing shop and browsed the clothes having coffee in one hand! I don't think it's appropriate to do that!
Ladies, don’t take your coffee cups out shopping with you! Looks so sloppy and what if you spilled some of the contents on the clothes? Ditch food and drinks when shopping ……😢
It’s unfortunate that the shopping portion has two women with the same body type. It doesn’t give a good sense of fit when the clothes fit them identically.
They were even identically dressed going into the shop with same shade of jeans and trenches. Having a thin woman going in with a larger one would be more interesting and realistic considering the majority of the population are a size 14.
I am glad to see the racist bit edited out of the previous video but why did sheerluxe think it's okay to turn off the comments. No apology, no acknowledgement just awkwardly edited and put back up with the comments off. Shameful to see this is how sheerluxe deals with racism.
No wants to watch people talking about the products they love unless they show them the product and try products on like the last shopping part was alright.
