you’ve always been so transparent about how you struggle with anxiety and i really appreciate that. i totally understand the feeling of dreading the actual “commute” of getting to a place than actually just being there. i start Uni in a week and i’m shitting myself 😂 the thought of having to head 30 minutes away all by myself, with new people, professors, and surroundings is so so so terrifying! but i know that once i do it the first 3 times (maybe more lol) i’ll be okay 😌 love Vlogust!! 🤍🤍

Last year my family and I took a trip to London and did a day trip to Brighton because of you!! It was so lovely!! We all had the best time walking around the lanes and going to all the places you recommended on your blog!! I’ve been watching since I was 11, now 22, and it was so surreal seeing all of the places I’ve seen in your vlogs growing up! My favorite souvenir from the trip is a photo from the photo booth with my sisters! Thank you for all the recommendations, we will definitely need to take another trip to Brighton ❤️

I was finishing zoes sentences as she talked about Anxiety, I've been in that exact situation many times and know just how much it takes to utilise your tools in those moments where the thoughts and sensations in your body are just over-riding the system, it doesnt always work out how you want but when it does its so powerful and just shows how much determination and hard work zoe has put in to managing it, makes me so full of pride to see and also to have someone else talk about and normalise these experiences, Sometimes you just have to become a brick wall to get to where you are headed 😂 ❤

I’m a silent viewer and have been since 2012/2013 when I first started watching your videos! However, I just want to say what a joy Vlogust has been to me. I broke my ankle in a fluke accident last week, and your videos have been a sense of calm and routine in this sudden season of change. Hey Zoe, I've been watching you for years and years and I have a confessions to make. I'm Brazilian and I've just recently moved to Ireland. My spouse and I live in the United States, and every December since 2017 we have sat down together at the end of the day to watch Vlogmas. We order a Celebrations tub (for me) and a Quality Street (for her) from the UK and eat chocolate while watching. hearing about your anxiety helps me SOOO much with mine... because that feeling of being stuck in anxiety while commuting / going anywhere / leaving is HUGE with me and i feel like such a freak for it. it's so comforting to know it's a literal brain thing, because i dont have a partner right now, live alone, no pets and sometimes i wonder if thats why. but i never thought about a fragrance to ease the anxiety!!! i need to try that.

So lovely going shopping with you lol. The lanes look soo gorgeous. I am a professional hairdresser and makeup artist and I remember when my anxiety was going through a very bad patch. I had booked myself out for weddings and I just knew I couldn't let the brides down. The thought of driving to the location, being trapped in the house or hotel until everyone's hair and makeup was done was a horrendous feeling. I'd leave home with hours to spare I had in my hand bag a fan wet face cloths lollies everything to get me there. Then I'd sit in the car staring at the house and saying to myself you can do this. Often once I was there and focusing on the bridal party I was ok. Then I had to get myself home. I hated sitting in traffic I would avoid all congestion and go the longest ways home. those brides never knew how hard it was to turn up. I hid it really well. I never let anyone down. Anxiety..I would wish on anyone. To hear you say how u got to the photoshoot made me teary. I've felt that bad. I think you're amazing xxxx

Your hat looks so good on you, Zoe. The clothing places you stopped at had the most amazing children's clothing. The last clothing store you stopped at was closed. But the dress on the left in the window was absolutely adorable. To me it sounds like Ottie is very bright, and she has and incredible memory. It might be because you pick up energies very easily which can be overwhelming. That’s why you try and create a little bubble around you.
