❤ Went and looked at property for sale in Ocala. My realtor suggested while up there to check out The World Equestrian Center. I cant come up with a better word than amazing. Local fl prees..check it out!!!!!
Doesn't it reminds me of when Walmart came to town. Yes it looks good because of their trucking industry backed business that this private family has made their money what the hell do they have to do with horsing? Plopping this monstrosity down in the middle of horse country is raising the property taxes of the local farmers that actually raise the horses and is the capital of horsing in America. But this is also the beginning of the end of the horse industry in Florida because the local farmers as I have talked to are all complaining about the increased property taxes that this is bringing to Ocala. With that increase cost the farmers who have to have lots of land in order to raise these horses will no longer be able to afford to do it. That's right and about 10 or 20 years Ocala will be a tourist industry but the horse industry will no longer be there in Florida😅😢
