Beautiful. I stayed on Koh Samui about 27 years ago. Absolutely loved it. The airport was just a simple wooden shack off the runway back then. Certainly changed a bit.

Ahh thank you Kate, how lovely to see such amazing sights, I feel like I have been on holiday too! It's nearly time to open my bar at home, I'll pretend the beach is right outside in my garden, luckily it is sunny while I am writing this to keep the dream alive! That airport is like a resort in itself! Glad you all seem to have had a lovely time.

Looks amazing...thanks for sharing...was lucky enough to visit Thailand in 2002 but due to the recent Bali bombings unable to visit Koh S or any other beaches but did get to visit Chang Mai....equally luxurious hotels n night market.
