I had festival today and Im in 6th grade my grade got a one (WHICH IS REALLY GOOD) and the 7th and 8th graders are one choir at my school and they sang this song and they sounded like high school and they got a one too and it was just so cool #ifeelsotired (when your done singing for a while, lol)
My daughter did this song in her choir with her friends a while ago and I found it for her and she listens to it all the the time because she misses her choir!
I'm doing this song in the next MONDAY OMG OML I'm freaking out because today is Friday and tomorrow Saturday and the Sunday and then *gasp* MONDAY!!!!!!!!! 😳😳😱😱
I have to sing this too at a concert in like too days and its a big jump like we are having to sing realy high we sing it the same way as they do in the song here
Hey guys, my choir is doing this song, but we got a question about the lyric. In bar 25, according to my score, the soprano goes 'come to the music and let each hosanna asround you'. But apparently it not what they sing in the video above. Is 'asround' a typing mistake, which should be replaced by 'astound'?
Thank you for catching this mistake. It is a spelling error. The word should be "astound". A correction has been made for the next time it's printed. Thanks again!
