It makes me tired. But im retired. I do a lot with my kids and grandkids. But my slow 3 hour mornings are such a livable luxury i now have. I wake up have coffee in bed. I pray i do my personal devotions and scroll RU-vid. Uninterrupted except for my dog for 3 hours. It has become a lovely part of my day.

You should totally start taking the prenatals now. It’s wise to get all of those vitamins into your system prior to pregnancy because you’re pregnant weeks before you find out you’re pregnant.

I can barely do my regular old daily make up in 20 minutes. How the hell does Adrienne get “camera ready” in 20 minutes?! It’s one thing to put on some make up, it’s another to be “camera ready,” and that shit takes way more than 20 minutes! She’s a freaking Pro!

I started taking prenatals and Folic Acid about 6 months before getting pregnant at 39. Im 40 and have a healthy baby boy that just turned 1. It had been over 17 yrs + since having my last child. Also best breast pump...hands down BABY BUDDHA. Portable small and has awesome suction power. Totally underrated!!!!!! #Babybuddha
