PSA Jujitsu is safer way to get that live sparring fix than blacked out bar fights with or against your friends.

Also, its transferable combat skills can be very handy. The ability to politely lock up someone is something striking styles tend to lack, and can be handy if wanting to minimise damage on friends or people that might become friends cause the conflict was resovled without broken noses.

But on the video itself: great showcase of the training seesion, bonus points for the fact that at the end of the training during the sparring you get to actually sit down which is a nice change compared to other martial arts

It was really cool watching TK "feel" where MFD was "going" then responding. I noticed it the first time when TK was looking at another group roll but he was still "feeling" where MFD was the whole time.

Opt for baton, blackjack, CS spray and point shooting a pistol training . You are in big trouble anytime an opponent takes you to the ground. STOP IT before it goes that far.

Jiu Jitsu is a competitive combat SPORT. Similar to a quilt making or ballet club. Not kill or be killed real world combat. Wing Chun isn't sport. Developed by a Chinese woman to neutralize men. Very simple and brutal movements in order to escape.

It wasn’t developed by a woman to disable men, its also a sport with more rules and less application to the real world also just because somethings a sport doesnt mean its ineffective in self defense id sure as hell rather be a nfl linebacker than a wing chun master in a fight and id sure as hell rather a bjj black belt than both of them

@@Trump2024asw yeah, I think that regardless of opinion of 2A stuff, police should definitely have more martial art training in the unfortunate situation that other means did not stop the attacker or shooting isn’t a good option (like if the guy is close at the beginning and can attack before weapons can be fired).

I myself opt to carry wasp and hornet spray. You can take that anywhere. Good out to 20 feet and aim for the eyes. Instant permanent blindness as it literally cooks the eyeballs on contact.

@halverde6373 bro you recommended carrying bug spray for self defense, of course I'm judging you 😄 If it weren't for the insecurity of all the other comments I'd be curious about the Wing Chun, like do you live in a place where you can get quality instruction from a community of experienced practitioners multiple times per week? Or are you doing it by yourself at home? Cuz if you're self-taught, I'd judge that it's probably similar in value to your bug spray.
