I am genuinely so proud of you. I nearly cried watching! The fact that you’re free enough in terms of eating and exercise habits to do all this, and you’ve let go of so much control, is NO SMALL ACHIEVEMENT. I hope I can challenge myself in the same way in the near future. Because look at all the memories it has created for you!😭
