Does the builder give you the option to buy some items yourself and then provide to them to instal? For example, the kitchen sink faucet at lowes for 130-200 vs. their 500+ price. That way your saving some money.

Very good video with honesty. Question about flooring: does luxury vinyl floor look and feel exactly the same as engineered wood? I did some research on RU-vid, some ppl rave for the LVF, some said it engineer wood is much better.
