It’s a Diamondback Water Snake. Harmless, non venomous. Probably just trying to cool down in the shade. Looks like you guys had a great time. Awesome video! I can’t wait to get a bus and have adventures too

The last camping trip my family did was a VW Bus rally: Full Moon Bus Club. I pushed three during the week, but they all three left under their own power. I'm heading off on a VW bus campout again this weekend too for the last one of the summer vacation.

I wish I owned a camper bus. I wish I owned a camper bus that was located in Austin. I wish I had a garage to rent. I wish that garage was in Austin. Then I would store my camper bus in that garage in Austin. I would then fly down to Austin to join you guys on these fantastic fun camping trips you all do. Oh how I wish 😀

Hi Oh what a great podcast VW life is I have a quick question for you, is your blue tape on the windshield the only fix that you know of for a leaky windshield and does pop out windows have the same problem leaking in the rain I live in Alaska and I get a lot of rain and I’m worried about leaking windshield rusting out my window channels thanks I watch all your podcasts and love your camaraderie and I wish I had some people up here that would go on some adventures like you guys do. thanks for the great entertainment.

there are a few different types of safari window rubber. You'd want to maybe see which one is the best, we don't get as much rain as you so it isn't such a big deal here. Maybe there is an Alaskan VW Facebook group you can find that would have more info. Taping them is pretty easy though. good luck!
