I learned who Rich Eisen is from Tig Notaro! Sometimes it's a good reminder that we are all from diverse backgrounds in our experience in life. Love Rich and Tig! As a gay man I just assume that most sports shows are homophobic, (my bad) but I now know better, thanks Rich for keeping it real. Tony
Aww it's like watching a friendship develop right before our eyes! I think Eisen was more offended than anybody else whose been on UAR that she didn't recognize him. But he clearly has an affection for her.
When I saw his episode of her show I was really hoping she’d come on here. She’s fantastic as always. And unlike a lot of people and that Lilly Singh woman who interviewed her recently, she legitimately does not know who these people are.
I just learned who Rich is as well. I'm from Brazil and OMG! I just loved him! I'm not that much of a sports fan, but he cracked me up! I just love how he finds her funny. I hope they can be friends :) Rich, you seem like an awesome person!!
Only hears of Rich when he went on Tig's show and I loved him. Great to see him again. I know nothing about American sports but could totally confuse you all with Australian sporting terms. Cricket has hat tricks.
Rich could have told Tig that 'Load Management' is when Tig is healthy, but she sends Adam Scott to the Punchline to perform her set so she won't be too tired later.

Yea, agreed. I had even watched his show once not that long before Tig's show w/him. He had comedian Chris D' Elia (spelling?) on who I love. I didn't realize I'd watched Eisen before until seeing this episode lol.
Tig says she has no face recognition problem. I believe she is roughly on my level of face recognition. Meeting someone once may be not enough to recognize her/him again. It is not a big problem but it is awkward sometimes.
