That’s what makes this so entertaining to me, is that Dara is always a good sport when they make fun of him but he’s also good at giving it back to them on occasion
@Alex Shakespeare I had a friend like you too, can't laugh unless it involves someone getting hurt. I wonder why there are so many people without a sense of humour?
@Alex Shakespeare ah mate, it’s not really that big of a deal if you like it or not, others do so just let em enjoy it rather than complaining about the fact you don’t
@@ryanturner2027 wow, this is like those videos where you don't notice a guy in a gorilla costume walking by in the background... Totally missed these!
@@jackhopkins5956 "Et tu, Brute?" [Translated to: Et tu, Brutus?] was what Caesar said while Brutus stabbed him during Caesar's assassination. (Brutus was like a son to Caesar as Brutus' Mother was Caesar's long time Lover). He was even named in Caesar's Will as an Heir. Dara is saying that by Ed (I believe it was Ed) making that joke, and being a fellow Irishman (hence the "Paddy" part), he is as much of a traitor to Dara as Brutus was to Caesar.
I love it how Russell is so desperate to get his "hall of mirrors" joke out that he has to say "Dara! Dara! Dara, look at me Dara! Dara look at me!" XD
@@goldytwatus1674 Andy Parsons has a few golden moments, but he is the kind of comedian that makes me grin, not cackle. On MTW he is a spice/seasoning on others' full meals
Somebody really missed a trick on that one. I would’ve said “How many square miles of hair would it take to cover that astrodome Dara O’Brien calls a head?”
@@mikekatchowski No problem. Watching this at least once a day and never being less funny on each viewing has made me notice the little details like that.
One of the funniest sessions of all. Dara is the best person to be mocked, and the best person to take a mocking, and the best person to respond to mockers.
I love how at 25:40, Romesh made that comment about Dara being a legend on the topic "things you wouldn't hear on a science documentary"...he managed to kiss ass while still making fun of him 😂
What happened to this Milton one? Unlikely things to hear at Christmas “A science book by Dara O’Brien. Design a test for gravity” *Holds book out and lets go* “Bin”
I've seen this compilation several times and it's still absolutely hilarious. My favourites are "Here comes the Irish team" and Dara shooting Ed with the Nerf gun!
Dara was on my dream QI panel that can unfortunately now never happen. I got Dara, Phill Jupitus and Sean Locke. I got 2 out of 3 a couple times, but never the trifecta. I still hold out hope that Taskmaster can nab Phil and/or Dara at some point.
This is my comfort RU-vid video. Every time I go through a depressive episode, I come here to watch this. Dara is the comedian's comedian. Love him a lot
Watching MOW and everything else Dara has done I truly can't wait to see him on Taskmaster. Greg will finally have another giant of a man that can sympathize with him.
I just had to Google images of "Dara O`Briain Manchester Mega-Bus" to see what the panel was on about, and the results were hilarious!😂 He really is a top comedian and a great sport.
Ever since the Fly incident I keep looking at the top of Dara's head to see if another one has landed . In the fly world maybe his head is looked upon as the likes of Mt Everest and getting to the top is an incredible feat.
I still remember him from Echo Island on RTÉ back in the 90’s. It was a bilingual kids show but nobody watched his episodes because they were always in Irish😂
Dara: You know how I know it's the moon, cause the earth's right behind it, see? I was *really* expecting a joke related to dara's big, shiny head because the mock the week earth is right behind his head. Anyone else?
why didn't you include one of the best one - "unlikely things to hear at the world cup" Ed - "And here comes the Irish team" Hugh - "And here comes the Irish team" Milton - "Hello, I am really sorry we couldn't get in this year" ru-vid.com/video/%D0%B2%D0%B8%D0%B4%D0%B5%D0%BE-AGs22rgGqIY.html
I’m ok with him being declared last man standing. He’s worthy of the title. Of course for Dara the hardest part of being the last man standing will be “how can he stand if I was the burglar who stole his legs?”
They used to have some show on US TV where they had American comedians roast each other. Man it was NASTY! I mean really vile! This is good natured fun.
We've got one called Roast Battle, and the ref (who is American) apparently created the show in the US so it mght have the same name. Jimmy Carr hosts our version.
