Hey lovely people! I put this video together with suggestions from ‪@elwin1982‬ and ‪@cognitivespeculation900‬ ^_^ I realised looking back at your comment that you actually said breath holding rather than deep breathing ‪@elwin1982‬ but I thought I'd still give you a mention! I definitely want to do more breathwork so I'll be incorporating breath holding in another video with the shushing and mouth covering but I hope this is something you'll enjoy too.
