Thx for the video. Did you notice the color shift to grey after applying the face detailer? This drives me crazy and I still haven't found a solution for that. (In your image it is quite decent, but other images might be destroyed. I use the same settings for the face detailer).

Hi, yes I did in fact, its more of a loss of sharpness than grey. Its as if the quality is better before it gets to the detailer. I instead chose to run it through ksampler 3 times then face detailer with a fourth ksampler with very low noise after that.

This was interesting! I especially like the comparison nodes that are both new to me. Thank you! Does this FaceDetailer take a character trained Lora into consideration? I see that it has a Model input but I don’t know if the woman in your video is an actual person you trained on or not. I’m asking because I mostly make images of real people and I’m after ways of injecting that model into the mix so that the improved details aren’t just invented but drawn from the person’s real features. I should probably test all of this before I ask but I’ll be away from my computer for a few days and by then I will have filled my brain with a ton of other things that need investigating.

That was not a trained model, but I have used IPAdapter FaceID as input to use likeness into Facedetailer

Aha thanks, I haven’t gotten around to trying IPAdapter yet. So much to investigate, so little time.
