Man, sometimes I hate living on the other end of the continent.

1. Usually with these on-site videos it's either lots of comics or just a few but rarer comics, yet you guys managed to do both. There are so many great books, too many to comment on but the death of the Executioner stands out for me as one of the great issues not just of Simonson's run but of any Thor series. Simonson turned a meat-head Asgardian into a figure of such bravery and valour that even Thor honours him for his sacrifice. 2. Gotta love Joe, I get the feeling that he's a walking encyclopedia of comics knowledge. 3. Thanks Sarah, you got me into collecting Warren's Vampirella now; only half a dozen issues so far but always on the lookout. Many issues from the 1970s were reprinted here in Australia (not faithful reprints though, they tended to mix stories from several original Warren issues in one reprint issue) so there's also that road to follow in collecting Vampirella. Already looking forward to the next video. Will it be a follow-up to this one, where you highlight your best buys?

It’s crazy how much some of that stuff has gone up in recent years. I sold a ton of my collection about 15 years ago. Including Ist Black Cat, 1st Gambit. Ist She Hulk. 1st Deadpool. Those were $20 books back then. Not to mention how much silver age Marvels have jumped. Ugh!!
