This is a typical animation rig for eye control i programmed ages ago. Depending on what you want to achieve there are several possible approaches to get your results.
Love that ! I was looking some kind of animated eyes in the dark with expression to try out with a smart mirror. You should split in multiple video eyes behavior so it could be used in projetcs
+Brunno Lazzarotto Hi! Thank you! :) This was done with 3Ds Max. I made a quick animation rig with a couple of morph targets for the different expressions. You could use any 3D modeling software though. There are also specialized programs to work with 2D animation, depends on what the preferred workflow is.
