Just received mine today and I'm blown away at how beautiful they are. Yes, they're a bit larger and heavier than the first "Snipx" hilts released, but the removable chassis and led push pin connector make it well worth it. I didn't order mine with blades, but the neo pixel blades I previously purchased work very well. I'm quite impressed with these.
The chrome looks so good! Any updates on a Graflex restock yet? I was notified nearly 2 years ago that there would be one “in a few months”. I know several people (myself included) that have been holding off on purchasing any new sabers until the Graflex gets restocked.
I've the original version from a couple years ago, they're fantastic. They don't have the leds with the pushpins, so they don't work without a blade, but the entire chassis on both run the length of the hilt shell, so they can be pulled completely out. While I wait for the pre-order for my "Rebels" Ahsoka hilts, I'm saving up for a hopeful updated release of Count Dooku's hilt, so I just can't justify getting another set of Snipx hilts.
Well, with the discount code, I was able to afford these for pre-order. I mistakenly made 2 orders and put a request in to cancel one of them. Hopefully they'll catch my error and help me correct it.
Do these have the same button layout from the previous snipx or has that been updated? Will you be doing your own video, I find those very informative and helpful?!
