The short version is that it's not an exact replica of anything we've seen on TV, just a combination of elements that worked for what I was looking to do. Most of it is modeled after the Season 43 set (hence the title, SSN 43), but there are elements from a couple of different eras here. For instance, far as I know Door #5 changed design at the same time the doors did (so Door #5 here is from around season 38, as opposed to the later design it should have; they never had the square LED wall and the Barker-style doors together). Also I think they changed Door #4 to a 16:9 screen before the Barker-style door frames came back, which makes this one--the earlier super-wide aspect ratio--an anachronism as well.
