Just a useful tip here: if you double-click when you have the particle cannon beam selected, it will move at twice the speed, covering 2x the ground.

Man this game is the reigning king of RTS. Nothing has matched how fun this game was. I keep praying every year someone tries to make something similar in mechanics. Today's RTS games are trash.

The last one was the easiest. Just build a scud storm, clean the base near the 2 first rockets then use the scud storm then use the rebel attack then cap the 2. Same for the last 2. Easy right?

You can actually use the aircraft carrier to explore and beat the second mission basically, just select ghe ship, and keep attacking random places to move the jets there

the 1st strategy in any Zero Hour General games is to make sure u have steady income. u should have built your tech bldg then built at least 5 to 10 paradrops in order to guarantee steady flow of income to buy tanks, personnel, jets, etc.

sadly yes, its a shame really as other command and conquer games lasted a lot longer. This was on medium on hard is take a little longer unless you can micro manage well :).

I beat that 2nd USA mission on hard without building any bases. I just use the carrier and battleships to wipe out the enemy base easily. That was easy as pie.

Mission 5 is the easiest besides Mission 1. All you need is a proper defense system, Scud Launcher and a Rebel attack

I think a lot of regions and nations outside of the EU, and China are supposed to be in a state of disrepair or outright collapse, with the other 3 factions filling the power vaccums and fighting for it.

Si0r I suggest when trying to deal with many units at once, group them by pressing ctrl + any number on the keyboard. That way you only have to press the number you assigned them to select all of those units

I have to agree with samuelju2, I have some nostalgic feelings for this game with lan parties but if you think about the guy who made this video he might not be the best but I don't know if he has played this game along time ago but just some feedback on the creator of this vid, thanx for bringing back the nostalgia though 😀😁
