This is the toughest mission of the 1st part of Chinese campaign, the first phase you'll get into a big ambush, you'll take some casualties, don't let your Overlord tanks and Inferno Cannons be destroyed, you need them to protect your base the entirety of this mission.
Second phase is gonna be harder, before the attack begin, be quick and build Nuclear Powerplant first, then Barracks, then Supply Stash, after that build a War Factory, you need that to build a Propaganda Center to train Black Lotus and Hackers, then sell War Factory to regain some funds to build a Nuclear Missile Silo, be the 1st one to let your superweapons do the work, by the time GLA Scud Storm triggers, keep your cash below 5k, cause they'll launch on 5k, also build your Air Fields to counter their Rocket Buggies and Scud Launchers.
While you're at it, you need to destroy the enemy palace to stop them from producing their artillery units, and destroy their Scud Storm with your superweapons and Artillery Barrage, then destroy the rest of the GLA base.
