The way I think about it is these poor dogs are inundated every day by people with absolutely fucked vibes. The dogs have a job to do, protect master Biden, and yet everyday he's meeting with people who would wish him harm, who would stab him in the back to take a bit of his power, they're encountering the absolute worst cretins, lizard men, Lolita express Platinum club members, etc. The dogs are absolutely trying to do their job but don't have it in their soul to just lie down and do nothing, Biden might as well live in a haunted carnival scare house for how disruptive it must be to these dogs' sanity
