I just bought the LOTR version of Cabal Coffers for my Nazgul deck. The price paid hurt cause it's twice what the base version costs but it's so beautiful & flavorful in that deck!
High key Hydroelectric Specimin has become a pet card, goes into all blue, the ability to change a target kinda looks like protection, it can also hose a lot of things. 3 mana counterspell may be stinky but when you change the target of a beneficial spell to it, is a special moment.

31:50 Another thing about Dragonhawk bc I play it in my Godzilla deck. The cards that are exiled that you can’t play anymore (super exiled) Dragonhawk will deal the 2 damage per card exiled, even if you can’t play it. So it stayed out a couple turns and I delt 8 dmg to each players face. SUPER glad you gave a shoutout to Dragonhawk!
I’ve found myself slotting more of the MH3 MDFC cards in 3 color decks. In a pinch you can use it as a land and at worst it’s a tap land. I should also not I also run 3 bounce lands! Sometimes it’s fun letting your opponent know, hi I have a hydroelectric specimen in hand, tread lightly 😂
I play Aftermath Analyst in my Necrobloom deck. It's SO good, also if you have Nissa Resurgent Animist in play there are times where you get him in your hand from your library for free.
I'm getting ready to buy Marvin, Murderous Mimic, Goblin Warchief, and Siege-gang lieutant. All three are solid cards that can easily slot into my mono red Krenko, Mob Boss so I'm surprised they're all as affordable as they are.

I’ve always been the biggest proponent of the pain lands. And the fact that they’ve seen many prints means they’re relatively cheap. They don’t have types. That’s the only downside.
I generally agree with your takes, but I really don’t think City of Brass and Mana Confluence are the bee’s knees any more. I barely run the two-color pain lands even in two or three color decks.
I always hear command tower is a mistake, but I don't agree. It being budget is why I like it. Sure, the city of brass is a more balanced, but not every deck can have it. I think we need cards like this accessible because if there is very little mana fixing, then you're not playing magic you're playing who's lucky enough to hit mana. I'm not calling for every game to hit mana every time, but it should be a minority or a turn or two later than you'd like.
Kind of seems like they’ve left the internet. They had a magic channel for a bit, then a videogame channel as their enthusiasm for Magic sort of waned. I think their last post anywhere was like, January - so we’re not sure what they’re up to. They got married tho so good for them.

Hasbro sucks, they're going to screw up MTG and they intend to take as much of our money as possible as they ruin MTG. Proxy everything from now on. Don't play Arena, it's ruining paper magic. Don't buy anything from Wizards, they suck.
