Commander Deck Tech: Rakdos, Lord of Riots 

Fyi, Rakdos can reduce the cost of creatures with X in their cost, such as Endless One, Walking Ballista, and Hangarback Walker. It's because you declare what X is before paying costs, and Rakdos reduces the total cost of the spell. Other than that, really cool video man. I've been wanting to make a RB commander deck for a while, and maybe I'll give Rakdos here a shot.

I ignored Eldrazi when making my Rakdos deck. Not because they don't work really well, but because Rakdos, Lord of Parties wouldn't be caught dead around those humorless fucks.

How come no one ever mentions Heartless Summoning in a Rakdos list?

I play rakdos but i have an annoying problem.. i couldnt get the small damage pingers to start off.. as a result i couldnt get rakdos out when i needed him the most... even tho ive brought 7 ping creatures and 3 non creatures like cryptolith frgment and retreat to hagra

Rakdos is able to reduce X. its kinda important

X only counts as 0 if you cheat cast the spell for free or if it hasn't been cast. Otherwise it counts as whatever you paid for X.

could you do a deck tech on Kazarov, Sengir Pureblood?

Rakdos reduces X mana costs. That's why people play Maga, Traitor to Mortals and Endless One in their decks.

No demon tribal tech? You can drop 8/8 flamplers for like 3 or 4 black mana a piece. And with Hellcarver, Lord of the Void, and Razaketh, there's some wild shenanigans you can get up to. And with a Liliana's Contract win condition, you can piece together something pretty terrifying. Good video anyway, and thanks for some of the card ideas I hadn't considered.
